Intellectual Property Solicitor

Service Care Legal are currently working with a highly regarded legal 500 firm, located in the South West of England, which is in need of an experienced Solicitor to join their Intellectual Property team. The firm is open to candidates with 5+ years of PQE in I.P. law and therefore they are flexible with the level that you would be joining the team.

ROLE: Intellectual Property Solicitor (Senior Associate, Managing Associate or Legal Director)

LOCATION: Exeter - hybrid working

SALARY: 70,000 to 120,000 depending upon experience

Role of an I.P. legal professional

• Handle complex I.P. legal matters from start to completion
• Manage a team of Junior I.P. Solicitors
• Assist clients in navigating through the complexities of trade mark and design right registration procedures around the world
• Work with a variety of different sized clients across different sectors and enjoy getting to know clients and understanding their businesses in order to provide targeted and bespoke advice

The Requirements

• A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of PQE in Intellectual Property law
• Someone with demonstrable business development experience and strong client relationships
• Someone who is comfortable spearheading the trajectory of a team of skilled legal professionals
