As an Intellectual Property Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in a firm renowned for its cutting-edge approach to legal practice. Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on Intellectual Property matters
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to Intellectual Property
- Providing strategic advice to clients on patent, trademark, and copyright issues
- Managing and overseeing the filing of Intellectual Property applications
- Representing clients in negotiations and legal proceedings related to Intellectual Property disputes
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients to develop effective legal strategies
Requirements:
- 1-4 years’ post-qualification experience as an Intellectual Property Lawyer
- Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property laws and regulations
- Exceptional research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven experience in drafting legal documents and providing sound legal advice
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment
