We are currently looking to recruit an Intelligence and Performance Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the delivery of essential services within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead intelligence initiatives, producing reports and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with senior officers and Performance team members to identify issues and drive improvement across children's services, including social care, SEND, education, and Early Help.
- Interpret legislation and develop performance activities to ensure compliance with policy developments.
- Drive the development of intelligence-led approaches to service delivery and commissioning.
- Deliver statutory and non-statutory reporting requirements to support organizational goals.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI is essential.
- Advanced report writing skills using SQL or other relational database languages.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Servers, SQL databases, and web-based applications design.
- Strong analytical skills and high-level proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver on key objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
