We are looking for an Intelligence Co-ordination Support to join our team in Birmingham on a 20 month secondment. You will support the Sports Betting Intelligence Unit and Intelligence teams in recording and analysing intelligence, identifying risk and escalating issues which contribute to raising standards initiatives, protecting consumers from gambling harm and keeping crime out of gambling.
As an Intelligence Co-ordination Support, you will use your great team working skills to actively support the Intelligence team and Sports Betting Intelligence Unit in managing intelligence flows in and out of the Commission.
Building effective working relationships, you will provide a customer focused approach as you respond to confidential line calls which involve managing varied issues, making decisions and articulating appropriate advice.
You will also maintain intelligence databases to enable the corporate memory to be kept current, update website content, organise meetings and provide secretariat support.
This is a hybrid role, therefore there will be a requirement to attend our Birmingham Office.
This is a secondment for 20 months
Salary for this role is c.£26000
