Roles/Responsibilities of Intensive Care Unit Nurse-
- Assessment, observation, monitoring, and charting of vital signs.
- Care planning, treatment implementation, and patient evaluation.
- Ensuring proper functioning of medical equipment, including ventilators, drains, catheters, and IV lines.
- Effective communication and support for patients, relatives, and staff.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
Requirements for Intensive Care Unit Nurse-
- Valid NMC pin.
- 6 Months NHS experience in an ICU setting.
