The Interim Accounts Receivable Manager position is responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the Accounts Receivable department.
The individual will be required to manage the Accounts Receivable department, ensuring all duties and tasks are completed to a high-quality, demonstrating their knowledge and expertise on decision making, process improvement, line management and training.
About you…
The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, with experience of performance management and knowledge of payment allocation processes in a customer-facing business.
A strong background in cash application/payment allocation and the processing of customer payments is essential.
A passion for change and continuous improvement is key, along with strong time management skills.
You must be driven for change, self-motivated and a key team player.
What you will do
Reporting to the Head of Transactional Finance, you will have three direct reports, along with full responsibility for the AR department.

In depth knowledge of the Accounts Receivable process & systems
Strong line management and motivational skills
Good time management skills
Team player
Knowledge/experience of high-volume customer-facing businesses.
