SalaryA specialist Cancer Manager job has arisen for a large NHS Trust in the South East. This initial 3 month post will lead the team during a busy period and have autonomy for smooth running of the Cancer Services division throughout the hospital, with particular attention to performance and PTL management.
Key duties:
· Responsibility for all day-to-day operational management for Cancer Services with a specific focus on the reduction of a large PTL
· Day-to-day divisional leadership including significant stakeholder management with Clinical leaders
· Ensure that the Strategic Plan and objectives, operational policies and strategic intentions are implemented or incorporated.
Key requirements
· NHS Managerial experience ideally within Cancer or Urology services
· A proven track record of managing operational services within an Acute setting ideally within planned care
· Accurate written and numerical skills
