Job Summary:
Jackson Hogg are looking to speak with highly skilled and experienced Consolidation Managers to join an exciting business on a 9 month contract.
As a Consolidation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial consolidation process and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This is a leadership role that requires strong financial management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial consolidation process for the organisation, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Review and analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Consolidations Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in financial planning, cost control, and accounts payable processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
