Panoramic Care are working with an exceptional SEMH provider located in the East Midlands, who are seeking an Interim Deputy Headteacher to join their team, starting as soon as possible. This school is dedicated to providing high-quality education and support for students with SEMH and ASD and prides itself on creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Interim Deputy Headteacher, your primary focus will be on supporting the Headteacher in various aspects, including but not limited to:

• Teaching and Learning
• Curriculum support
• Safeguarding
• Leadership

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Substantial experience as a Deputy or Assistant Headteacher in a special education setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
• A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• QTS or management qualifications
