Interim Dynamics Project Manager

Working with a fantastic Birmingham based business in need of an interim Dynamics Project Manager to join them to complete an implementation. Outside IR35 £550-£650pd + expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Vendor Management: Oversee and manage the 3rd party implementation partner, including contract negotiation, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments, including finance, operations, IT, and quality assurance, to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- User & Quality Testing: Own the final stages of the implementation process, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance testing, to ensure the system meets the needs of end-users and meets quality standards.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the organization, including training, communication, and support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central being a must.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to manage large technical teams - both in house, and with an external consultancy.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
