Job Description
- Conducting detailed electrical inspections and surveys on a range of public sector properties.
- Preparing and delivering reports on survey findings.
- Ensuring all electrical systems comply with safety standards.
- Working collaboratively with the Property team to address any issues or concerns.
- Providing expert advice on electrical maintenance and safety to team members.
- Assisting in the development of safety and maintenance protocols.
- Updating and maintaining records of all inspections and surveys conducted.
- Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated on industry changes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Electrical Surveyor should have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in conducting electrical surveys and inspections.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations in the public sector.
- Excellent communication skills to prepare and present reports.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
