Ashley Kate HR are partnering with a leading Education client on a new Temporary Employee Relations opportunity. Hybrid working with locations across the East Midlands, this role is paying the equivalent of 31k - GBP34k per annum.
37 hours per week.
Reporting to the Head of HR you will be an experienced operational Employee Advisor who will support the HR function in providing practical, solution focussed advice on general HR and People matter with a strong background in supporting managers with Employee Relations and case work. You will also be responsible for managing Employee well being initiatives. You must have a proven background working on Employee Relations cases up to a complex level and you will need to have worked with unions and have public sector experience.
Employee Relations Advisor- About you.
You must have a proven background in Managing Employee Relations cases right up to dismissal level.
It is essential that you have worked within the public sector and worked in a unionised environment
Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law is essential.
Experience of, and interest in, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy implementation. Experience of using applicant tracking systems and advising managers on recruitment processes.
Experience of running recruitment campaigns advising managers on best practice and supporting where necessary.
Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
You must be able to start immediately and happy to do an ongoing temporary role.
