Interim Estate Surveyor

Park Avenue are working on behalf of a Local Authority in Surrey who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on a 3 month rolling contract.

This role will involve you working through the backlog of commercial rent reviews and lease renewals, along with negotiations between landlord and tenants. There are approximately 2-3 other interim Surveyors in the department, so they're flexible with working arrangements for you! You'd be required in the office twice a week, but there is flexibility around which specific days.

MRICS is essential, and public sector experience is desirable.

The council are well connected, with transport links into Hampshire, and London, so if you don't fancy driving, that's ok!
