Well... Park Avenue are currently working with Local Authority in London, who are looking for an Interim Asset and Regeneration Surveyor to join their property team on an initial 3 month rolling contract.
What will be doing?
As an Interim Senior Estates and Regeneration Surveyor, you will be working in the council's property team, being responsible for the council's commercial property portfolio undertaking general practice and estate management responsibilities on a daily basis as well as specialist Town Centre Regeneration schemes.
Previous experience in General Practice Surveying and managing Town Centre Regeneration schemes required, preferably within a Local Authority setting.
MRICS qualification required.
