Interim Finance Manager

A dynamic and growing organisation seeks an experienced Finance Manager to join their close-knit team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and supporting their business to shape their financial strategy whilst managing the overall financial health of the company.
Your new role
Financial Reporting and Compliance:

• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements, interpreting data to inform decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and compliance with financial reporting standards.

Budgeting and Cost Management:

• Develop and manage long-term and strategic business plans.
• Review cost-reduction strategies and optimise budget allocation.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor cash flow, ensuring liquidity and efficient fund utilisation.
• Coordinate monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Accounting and General Ledger:

• Oversee accounting functions, including the ledger management teams
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve issues promptly.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be a hands-on accountant (Qualified ideally with consideration given to those who are qualified by experience) with broad financial accounting and management reporting skills. You will demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and relish working in a growing business where there is a real opportunity to make a difference.
