My client, a leading manufacturing business, is recruiting a Finance and Technology Programme manager to support an ongoing transformation across its global business.
The role will involve:
* Planning and coordinating a programme roadmap and driving a team to deliver against key project milestones
* Leading the mobilisation of new processes and procedures across the business
* Supporting business stakeholders with their business area transformation
The successful candidate will have a very strong finance and change management background. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the below:
* Extensive experience of working within the manufacturing sector
* A proven background of mobilising/leading transformation projects
* Offshoring experience would be desirable
* Previous examples of leading systems/process implementations
