Interim Financial Controller

Reed Finance have been exclusively engaged by a rapidly growing SME in the recruitment for a Financial Controller to join their expanding team.

This is a newly created role to provide strategic support to the Finance Director, initially for a minimum of 3 months however is highly likely to become permanent for the right candidate.

Due to the nature of this position, an accounting qualification (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) is essential.

As Financial Controller, your key duties will include:

• Month End and Year End
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaising with external auditors and associated queries
• Tax Returns
• Improving financial processes and policies
• Supporting with oversight of management and financial accounting
• Other ad-hoc finance and strategic support to the Financial Director
