Interim Head Of Asset Management (Outside Ir35)

​Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable local provider of affordable housing, not for profit developer and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Asset management professional to assist their bust property services and assets team on an interim contract.

This is a bespoke interim role, straddling across multiple teams to ensure delivery of a first class assets and repairs service , you will advise and support the technical managers team dealing with condition surveys, disrepair and complaints, ensuring the programmes are kept to schedule and quality standards are met across the Asset Management function.
