Interim Head of FP&A - Retail

Trinity House Group is working exclusively with a leading retail business to recruit an experienced Head of FP&A. Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning processes, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
• Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Lead the development of financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and business development opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies, optimise resource allocation, and improve financial performance.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and drive accountability across the organization.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform financial forecasts and strategic decision-making.

Hybrid working is on offer (2-3 days per week in the office).

This is an urgent requirement, and the successful candidate will be able to commence in the role with up to 2 week’s notice
