Interim Head of Housing Repairs

My client based within the West Midlands is looking to recruit an Interim Head of Housing Repairs to support the Housing Repairs team whilst the current Head is working on another project.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of managing a Housing Repairs contract in a Local Authority environment.
• Oversight of the day to day operations of the service.
• Experience of leading on implementing a Service Improvement Plan with the contractor.

Contract Length: 3-6 Months.
Rate: Negotiable DOE
Working Pattern: Hybrid.
