Interim Head of HR

Delighted to be working with a Global Professional Services firm based in Manchester that are looking for a Head of HR to cover a 12 month period of maternity. This is a great opportunity to work within a fast-paced and demanding global environment.

Working closely with UK colleagues and global counterparts, the position is responsible for managing a number of teams including HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, UK Secretarial and Global Mobility to support with all People related matters. Managing a direct team of nine, the role will build strong relationships with local Managing Partners, the CPO and Global Heads to provide advice in line with the firms vision and values. While driving local HR policies, processes and procedures, the role will also deliver on global HR projects.

This position will suit someone with experience gained within a Professional Services/Partnership led environment. You will have successfully led and managed an HR team at a senior level, EMEA and/or Global experience would be desirable. With strong generalist HR experience, you will be used to driving HR projects and building relationships at all levels.

Based in Manchester and with a competitive salary of £100,000 - £120,000+ bonus + benefits, this is a 12 month FTC will commence commence March 2024.
