Seeking an Interim Head of Planned Works who will take the lead role in managing the delivery of the property investment and planned programmes for a London based housing association. They will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard and with residents at the heart of their operations.

Description
- Oversee and manage the delivery of the property investment programme.
- Manage the Kitchen & Bathroom Programme
- Oversee the Section 20 process
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget at circa £7m and to high standards.
- Provide effective leadership to the Planned Works team.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with contractors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practice within the industry.
- Monitor and report on performance against targets.
- Participate in planning and budgeting processes.
Profile
For the successful Interim Head of Planned Works should have:
- Demonstrated experience in of managing Planned Works and investment programmes including TPC Contracts, S20 process and large capital works programmes.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
