We are urgently recruiting for an interim HR Manager role for a specialist charity providing fantastic care to local people and their families in South-East London. Reporting directly to the Head of People, this Interim HR Manager role offers an excellent opportunity to join the team that provides comprehensive operational Human Resources advice and guidance to managers and employees within the organisation. You will be an experienced HR generalist, ideally CIPD qualified, with an up to date knowledge of employment law and in depth experience of managing complex employee relations issues, you should also be comfortable supporting change management and enjoy leading on a range on a HR projects. Knowledge and experience of using HR information systems, ideally CIPHR, would be advantageous. Interim to permanent contract a possibiliy. Hybrid flexible working are possible with typically 3 days per week at the office and 2 days from home/flexibly.
