As the HR Manager, you would offer expert guidance and support to ensure alignment with HR processes, best practices, and local legislation, particularly in matters of restructuring, change management, and redundancy. Your responsibility would be to deliver compliant HR advice, focusing on complex casework, strategic HR activities, talent management, and navigating organisational transitions.
This role is hybrid (3 days in the office) and paying up to £40K pro-rata. This is a 6 month FTC, to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and facilitating restructuring efforts while ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with redundancy procedures.
- Managing talent by overseeing recruitment, addressing skill gaps, and managing performance during changes.
- Maintaining HR systems, ensuring legal compliance, and managing documentation, including payroll processing.
- Implementing strategies to maintain employee morale and engagement through transparent communication channels.
Key Requirements Include:
- Proficiency in problem-solving and flexibility to navigate dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated experience in spearheading restructuring and change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR policies, legal compliance, and data protection regulations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation aptitude.
- Established track record in fostering collaborative relationships across organisational hierarchies.
