Key skills/experience – Looking for someone with regulated procurement experience who will also have a balance of commercial acumen. Must have IT procurement experience.
Brief role description:
Undertaking and managing a robust, compliant procurement process including market analysis, issue of PQQ / ITT, assessment, contract placement and negotiation and contract and relationship management at varying complexity and values including delivery under EU Utilities procurement law and company procedures in the field of ICT.
Knowledge in move from on-premise to cloud/SaaS based solutions, and experience procuring IT professional services would also be beneficial.
Initial 3 Months £550 - £600 a day inside IR35 Home with 1 day a week in Cardiff.
