A Local Authority in Devon are looking for an Interim Junior Estates Surveyor to join their team for a 12 month initial contract.
The roles responsibilities will include carrying out Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals, negotiating the sale of Council Land and property, undertaking surveys, negotiations for restructuring of leases and valuations in connection to the grant of leases, tenancies and licenses.
Whilst the council operate on a hybrid working arrangement you will need to be able to attend site visits and meet with tenants when required.
MRICS is required, Registered Valuer status is not required but is desirable.
