Interim Management Accountant

Interim Management Accountant required to oversee accounting operations within the retail sector.

Client Details

Fast growing, prominent player in the retail industry, requires an interim Management Accountant for initially six months.

Description

The role is varied and includes:

• Month end journals, prepayments, and accruals for assigned stores down to store contribution.
• Significant involvement in year end reconciliation processes.
• Finance department link with IT. Ensure all costs are captured accurately.
• Stock reconciliations - working closely with various departments across the business to ensure stock is accurately recorded and all discrepancies are investigated.

Profile

• Qualified or QBE Management Accountant
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment, preferably retail.
• Ability to hit the ground running.
• Excellent communication skills
