Interim Org Design Lead (FTC - 12 Months)
We are currently partnering with a leading privately backed organisation in their search for an Interim Org Design & Workforce Planning Lead. The role will run for an initial 12 month period. Hybrid working with two days per week in the office.
Our client is currently going through business wide transformation, they are looking for this person to lead Org Design with a focus on workforce planning within the creation of the new Target Operating Model across the business.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a depth of Org Design experience
Have carried out Workforce Planning
Be autonomous and be able to work at pace
Have worked in a highly regulated environment
Have experience carrying out Org Design & Workforce Planning during large transformation programmes
Be available to start and hit the ground running at short notice
