An Interim Project Support Manager is required to support a digitisation project.
Location: Lichfield – Occasional travel as and when business needs
The Project Support Officer will be key in assisting in the management and delivery of plans to ensure all necessary preparation and execution tasks and dependencies are included. They will need to operate as a full member of the team; supporting the Project Manager and other team members as directed; assisting in the completion of the high-level plan through to Go Live and BAU handover.
Key Accountabilities:
- Overall project support and administration of the SFM Digitisation Project
- Secretariat to the Requirements workstream
- Creation and maintenance of SFM Digitisation Project shared drive and ‘website’
- Support to the SFM Digitisation Project Training workstream including trainee booking process
- Arranging and minuting of Project meetings as directed by the SFM Programme Director, Project Manager and Project Lead
- Leadership of lower level tasks as directed by the SFM Programme Director, Project Manager and Project Lead
