I am seeking anInterim Registered Manager who will lead on management and providing high quality support to people living with a learning disability and/or autism within 2 stunning Residential Homes based within the beautiful Lincoln area of Lincolnshire. This contract role, is for a minimum period of 6 months to cover maternity leave - however, this will more than likely lead to other exciting permanent opportunities with the company!
The ideal candidate for this role will:
Have experience of Management, ideally supporting people with Learning Disabilities and/or complex needs.
Have an understanding and preferably experience of Positive Behaviour Support.
Have experience of managing large or dual Residential services previously.
This is a full-time role, typically Monday-Friday, however will require some flexibility according to the needs of the services. For your hard work you will be rewarded with a salary of up to 45,000 per annum (pro-rata during interim period).
