Form of workI am recruiting an interim specialist for one of my Local Authority clients, who can support 34-35 schools in financial deficit in the local area.
This role requires someone with a strong Education background who can go out to the schools who are running a deficit and work with the Headteacher to identify the root cause of the issue, and talk to them about what steps they have taken to address and manage the deficit.
You will then work with them in creating a plan to mitigate and move them out of deficit.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation being that you will work with the Headteachers onsite 2-3 days a week, and the rest can be done remotely over Teams.
The role is offered outside of scope and interviews will be next week.
