This is an Temporary position for an Interim Senior Legal Counsel to support an international business with offices based in Oxfordshire.

Description

The Interim Senior Legal Counsel position based in Oxfordshire will hold the following responsibilities:

• Oversee all drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements
• Supplier and customer agreements, general terms & conditions, NDAs etc
• Oversee contracts for customers in a range of countries
• Support a range of stakeholders including; Finance, Procurement, and Sales
• Manage relationships with external counsel when required
• Maintain and manage the internal legal database
• Ensure legal processes and adhered to and updated as necessary

Profile

The successful candidate for the Interim Senior Legal Counsel position will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Strong experience of leading contract negotiations
• Experience of working with customers in other countries would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to work autonomously

Job Offer

This is an Interim position to support an existing In-House team.

Hybrid working is available- with some weekly office working required.
