Job description

Are you an experienced SSAS Pensions Administrator?
Do your strengths lie in providing a high level of support within a team?
We are looking for an Interim SSAS Administrator and Senior SSAS Pensions Administrator to join our Central Bristol office (remote working options are available).
The role will support the Team Leads on various books of business and cover a wide range of tasks.

Responsibilities
Your appointment will strengthen our support team and cover a wide range of tasks which include the following:
Processing of client instructions and any task activities accurately and to the service standards set by the company. Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating discretion. Building good relationships with clients and business introducers. Where relevant and appropriate, informing managers, clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters or issues affecting their schemes and benefits relevant to each scheme. Ensuring that client deadlines, all internally agreed key performance indicators, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met. To fulfil any other reasonable requirement of the department or Hartley Pensions. Proactively identify risk within the department and escalates concerns to Team Leader. What we look for
