Your new company:
International events company.
* Start ASAP
* 3-month initial contract
* c.£250 umbrella per day, inside IR35
* Hybrid working, 3x weekly London
Your new role:
You will be joining the current HR team as an interim Talent Acquisition Partner to cover a maternity leave. You will be recruiting for roles across sales, marketing and operations. You will be working on c.15 requisitions at any one time. You will be recruiting for roles across the UK with potential US based hiring depending on business needs.
What you need to succeed:
You will need priorexperience recruiting inhouse for sales, marketing and operationsroles. You will need to be able to source directly (mainly throughLinkedIn Recruiter), multitask and prioritise work as per business needs (i.e.,scheduling interviews, stakeholder meetings, prioritising roles as appropriate,etc.). You will be available for 3 months initially and can commute to London3x weekly.
