A large technology company offers 6m+ interim assignment (likely to extend) to a hands-on Third Party Security analyst with excellent knowledge of ISO 27001-working on a hybrid basis (usually 2 days a month in the office) based in Reading.
Your new role
You will be working in the IT Security, Governance team, evaluating security risks that are presented when using a Third Party supplier, understanding how to interpret impact assessments and supplier assurance questionnaires.
You will collaborate and work with various stakeholders across the business and Third Party suppliers to ensure they meet the security requirements of the company through monitoring security questionnaires.
You will act as a point of contact for suppliers and customers and be happy requesting evidence of various certifications/requirements relating to IT security.
You will have the ability to spot flags where information is missing or incorrect and act on this or escalate, where necessary, to your manager.
You will support the OneTrust Third Party Risk Management Module tool for all suppliers, support the KPIs targets and reporting on OneTrust.
What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have a thorough practical understanding of the requirements of ISO 27001 certification.
You will have experience working in Information security, governance and compliance.
You will ideally have experience of OneTrust or similar GRC tool and excellent communication skills.
You will ideally have worked in a technology/ telco company or similar industry.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available- (hybrid working 2 days a month in the office) 6 month assignment, likely to extend for some time.
Day rate of £450-500 per day (via umbrella company).
