Position Purpose
The student intern of Statistical Programming will take 4-6 months to generate a full suite of ADaM datasets conforming CDISC from SDTM datasets using admiral and admiralonco R packages.
The code must follow the best of practice and is reusable across different therapeutic areas.
They will need to prepare a presentation to the sponsors and stakeholders about the findings and challenges and may publish the final results to an industry conference such as PhUSE.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Admiral, Admiralonco and Pharmaverse, and write markdown files to derive efficacy ADaMs such as adtte, adtr and adrs using recommended R packages/vignette programs with BMS data and other datasets such as adsl and adqs
  • Generate standardized statistical R packages used for oncology programming, including modulizing R codes with unit testing, writing documentation, updating the programs to enhance the robustness and flexibility.

Minimum Requirements
  • Solid R programming skills, and/or SAS.
  • Master degree or PhD candidate related to quantitative science.
  • Solid R programming skills (have used packages such as Tidyverse, ggplot2, R shiny and some statistical packages), and SAS knowledge, preferred
  • Quantitative degree ideally related to computing science and statistics to understand the biostatistical R package
  • Excellent collaborating and communication skills
