I am recruiting an experienced Account Manager to join a successful family owned and managed business based on the Wirral.
This is an exciting time to join the business as they go through a period of growth, transformation and rebranding. You will be responsible for managing key Account's across the business, ensuring a first-class experience and focussing on contract renewals.
You will also be revisiting old accounts and dealing with new business enquiries.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Be an excellent representative for the business.
- Ensure your client's receive effective and speedy communication throughout.
- Establish supportive and caring relationships with customers.
- Oversee a smooth process for service contract renewals for your house accounts.
- Develop bespoke and innovative ways of retaining clients.
- Work collaboratively with other members of your team to enhance customer experience and ensure the best returns for the business.
- Provide advice, up-sell, and cross-sell.
- Use LinkedIn efficiently to connect with prospective clients and to help build our profile.
- Engage old clients, and endeavour to bring them back to us.
- Deal with new business enquiries and help to onboard new clients.
- Help to deliver new business campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role previously and have lots of enthusiasm and drive. You will need to have a passion for customer service and service delivery, as well as being a real team player.
