Role Overview
Client Management
- Develop a deep understanding of client accounts, nurturing relationships for repeat business
- Analyse booking trends to optimise outreach and enhance engagement
- Proactively communicate with clients using marketing strategies to maintain volume and continuous engagement
- Provide commercial thought leadership and additional targeting advice
- Ensure clear and accurate schedules/rankings are supplied to customers
- Generate engaging post-distribution reports and marketing insights
- Send timely delivery instructions and key booking information to clients
- Conduct virtual or face-to-face meetings, ensuring comprehensive follow-up actions and detailed notes
- Initiate communication with a non-named pool of clients to foster repeat bookings
- Chase outstanding debts and ensure a smooth payment processes
- Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically, ensuring the right solutions are provided
- Proactively and reactively make inbound and outbound calls to prospects or clients
- Drive additional revenue through upselling to customers
- Be a passionate advocate for Doordrops and Leafletdrop, engaging with customers to ensure repeat business
Internal Relationships
- Cultivate strong interpersonal bonds within the Leafletdrop team, promoting a collaborative and cohesive environment
- Ensure effective relationships across divisions, applying skills and knowledge to customer accounts
- Provide support to the Account Managers and sales team during peak periods
- Direct the e-commerce Sales and Admin Executive for timely and accurate administrative tasks
- Create positive connections with business partners and suppliers, building trust and cooperative interactions
- Share ideas for system improvements to streamline processes internally and for customers
- Attend weekly internal meetings, actively communicating ideas and seeing through agreed actions in a timely manner

Additional Information
Monday to Friday, hybrid working opportunities are available. All initial training is to be conducted onsite.
