Internal Account Manager, GBP30,000, Poole

AsInternal Account Manager you ll be a part of a dynamic sales team and will provide support to the Business Development Managers to ensure customer relationships are developed and customer expectations are exceeded.

As InternalAccount Manager you ll be responsible for:-

  • Proactively manage and develop key customer accounts
  • Managing customer enquires via inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Establishing strong relationships with customers offering a high level of service
  • Providing ongoing support to the Business Development Manager
  • Managing projects such as the customer on boarding process
  • Working as a team to look at ways to drive profitability into existing accounts and identify opportunities

As Internal Account Manager you ll have:-

  • A confident telephone manor with the ability to build successful customer relationships over the phone
  • Previous experience managing customer accounts and building relationships ideally within a supply chain business
  • Strong IT skills including Excel and CRM systems
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate yourself to relay information effectively and precisely
  • A positive outlook with a tenacious and driven mindset
