Are you ready to step into an exciting role where your expertise in communications can shine? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Communications and Marketing team as an Internal Communications Adviser. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our Estates Transformation Programme (ETP).
At ECC, we're committed to creating sustainable workspaces that are fit for purpose and supporting employees to use them in the most effective ways. As an Internal Communications Adviser, you'll be at the forefront of delivering informative and engaging communications activities to support this.
Key deliverables for the next 12 months:
- Implement the ETP communications strategy programme and work with senior colleagues to evaluate and optimise the deliverables and overarching strategy
- Bring to life how staff can embrace news ways of working that supports their roles and enhances their effectiveness
- Craft and produce online and offline content
- Collaborate closely with key members of the project team, particularly change management colleagues
- Inform and inspire behaviour change within our workforce.
We're seeking someone who can bring creative solutions to their work. Our goal is to communicate and engage with a busy workforce who feel passionately about their working environment.
This opportunity is suited to a communicator looking to step into a new challenge that allows you to immerse yourself in a large scale programme across a complex organisation. You will be exposed to the wider corporate Internal Communications strategy and implementation plan and sit within the department that sets best practice communications and marketing advice and guidance for the rest of the organisation
About you
You're a communicator with experience in change programs, ready to take on a new challenge. Along with a degree in a relevant subject area and evidence of continuing professional development, you have:
- Proven track record in a communications role in a large complex organisation
- Experience working on communications campaigns and change communications
- Ability to use data and insight to shape communications approaches and measure your success
- Strong networking and collaboration skills
- Comfortable presenting and sharing plans with stakeholders of varying seniority.
Experience working on Internal Communications activity would be beneficial, as the expectation is the successful candidate will hit the ground running.
