We are searching for an Internal Communications & Events Officer who will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the Internal Communications strategy. As well as enhancing Internal Communications, managing events, and creating high-quality materials to strengthen the organisation from within. Key responsibilities in role:
Internal Communications:
- Assist in delivering and evolving Warmworks' Internal Communications strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging content in line with established strategies.
- Contribute to the assessment of existing communication channels, suggesting improvements or new developments.
Events:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan department-specific events.
- Establish processes to support the business' approach to event management.
- Work with external suppliers to ensure high-quality event delivery.
Content Management:
- Contribute to the development of content meeting brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and internal audience needs.
- Design graphics in-house using design software and provide guidance on best practices.
Experience we're looking for:
- Proven track record in delivery of Internal Communications activity
- Experience of organising and delivering corporate events
- Previous experience in producing high-quality graphics using bespoke design software
