Westminster Abbey, a royal church offering daily services for all and a World Heritage Site with over a thousand years of history, is seeking an experienced and strategic individual to join our Communications and Digital team as Internal Communications Manager. The successful candidate will collaboratively develop and implement a new Internal Communications plan, aligned with the Abbey's broader strategy and priorities.
As the Internal Communications Manager, you will collaborate closely with Abbey teams, particularly Communications & Digital HR, and Engagement, to bring this plan to life. You will leverage various digital and print channels, including the intranet, email, and newsletters, alongside in person activities, to ensure clear communication of the Abbey's priorities, ambitions and strategy.
From this work, our 300 colleagues and 260 volunteers will feel informed, engaged and motivated by the breadth of the Abbey's activities.
