Internal Communications Manager - Global Telecommunications & Technology Firm - £40,000 - £48,000 - London - Hybrid - 13- month FTC

I am working with a global technology group that has outreach in over 20 countries. They provide digital solutions for large mobile networks and are now looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join the business on a 13-month contract within their Central London office.
Your new role
In your role, you will be reporting directly to the Group Head of PR & Corporate Communications and will be responsible for owning and leading the Internal Communications strategy, business partnering with HR, Executive teams, Product teams, and the CEO, creating content and communications across key channels including SharePoint, quarterly digital magazines, leaflets, brochures, and email. You will also be responsible for managing and delivering virtual townhalls, and monitoring the engagement of internal campaigns. There will also be deisgn elements within this role, including creating graphics, presentations, and video. You will be joining an organisation that believes the power of technology will create better and brighter lives for everyone, and you will play a vital role in developing an engaged internal community of employees, enabling them to feel connected to the wider group.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed in the role, you will need 4+ years of experience within Internal Communications, ideally from within the IT / Telecommunications industry, and have a proven track record of communicating to a broad, global, and dispersed employee base. The role will include lots of partnering with teams and senior stakeholders, so experience in building trusted relationships & being a trusted advisor is vital.
What you\'ll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of between £40,000 - £48,000, and will have the chance to work in a global, collaborative and friendly organisation. As well, you will recieve 23 days annual leave, 4.5% pension contribution & provision of computer and other work tools
