Working as part of the Communications team, you will play a key role in developing the Internal Communications strategy to drive employee engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• • Work with senior management to develop clear methods of messaging to employees
  • Drive engagement for internal events such as town halls and major business updates
  • Use research and analysis to feedback to the business on campaign effectiveness
  • Work with business unit leaders to ensure clear messaging and in line with overall strategy

Key skills & experience:

• • Experience in a professional services/corporate environment
  • 5+ years experience in Internal Communications roles
  • Proven experience working with senior management to develop internal messaging
