About the Role
Responsibilities
- Managing Internal Communications, including employee engagement and change management initiatives.
- Developing meaningful connections with important stakeholders and effectively handling internal communication.
- Supporting manager growth and development through the All People Manager engagement programme and training developed by HR Centres of Excellence.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Capability, Reward and other HR Centres of Excellence to run internal initiatives and campaigns
- Delivering the Inclusion & Diversity strategy in response to employee feedback and gender pay reporting
- Crafting messaging for internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.
- Planning and executing events, such as conferences and product launches, to enhance brand visibility.
- Supporting our Thrive Wellbeing, Rule of Law and RELX Cares programmes
Requirements
- Have extensive experience in Internal Communications and Employee Engagement
- Be able to develop and implement strategic communication plans.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Be able to analyze data and provide insights to inform communication strategies and tactics.
- Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Have experience managing crisis communications and issues management.
