Address The Internal Events Specialist role is a unique opportunity to join a team of Events professionals who deliver the WOW to our Oniverse. You will play a pivotal role in this team, executing events where business and culture are combined and ensuring the seamless delivery of impactful events, from concept and planning to execution for our teams globally.
Your focus will be to inspire, delight and deliver unique experiences to the Oniverse. You will inspire moments of optimism and happiness creating space for information-flow and learning through creative event concepts.
Your Mission
- Creatively lead and deliver events from concept and planning to execution and evaluation
- Lead communication plans pre, during and post event
- Deliver On events including our internal teams off-sites and on-sites while considering every detail for a premium experience
- Collaborate with our global teams to ensure all events are within On theme & brand guidelines
- Manage and maintain all event materials and budgets
- Deliver the WOW in everything that we do with a hands-on approach
- Report into and partner with the Americas Workplace Experience Lead to deliver a compelling event strategy and implement well-structured, scalable formats with established processes
Your Story
- You have a minimum of 4 years experience in the events industry or similar
- High level of organizational skills, with a passion for innovative thinking
- You have a proven track record developing and executing experiential and live event experiences
- You have excellent project management skills, you can see the bigger picture, but you know it's the fine details that really matter
- You are a true team player, understanding the importance of collaboration and compromise
- You have experience in strong stakeholder management having built strong cross-functional partnerships
- You are an excellent communicator, with fluency in English
