As the internal Quality Assurer, you will:

• Assess and verify a diverse caseload of up to 20 candidates, ensuring compliance with VARCS requirements.
• Conduct observations and hold remote support sessions to guide candidates through their coursework.
• Collaborate with assessors, providing constructive feedback on assessment judgements.
• Conduct Internal Quality assurance checks for Vocational Awards, maintaining meticulous records of progress and completions.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
