Internal Recruiter

This is a great opportunity to join a renowned construction resourcing company as an Internal Recruiter. You will be recruiting at all levels for their busy UK offices.
Based in their Watford head office you will join an established team and report to the managing director.
THE INTERNAL RECRUITER ROLE:

• Maintain a strong pipeline of staff joining the business
• Act as the first point of contact for all requirement enquiries
• Create and publish job adverts on job sites, social media and other sources
• Ensure all active job adverts are up to date
• Source candidates using a variety of recruitment tools
• Review applications and initially telephone screen
• Maintain contact with recruitment agencies.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Recruitment experience
• Excellent people skills with the ability to build professional relationships quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm and positive attitude.

SALARY & BENEFITS YOU’LL RECEIVE AS INTERNAL RECRUITER:

• £30,000
• Commission available
• 20 days holiday + public holidays
• Pension.
