PageGroup are delighted to support a large national organsiation based in North Leicestershire with the appointment of a Internal Recruiter to join for a circa 6-9 months interim contract with possible scope for permanent in future.

This role offers hybrid working with circa 3 days office and 2 days home working per week.

The office based working could be from a range of sites including Leicestershire/Bristol/Cardiff

Description

Reporting to a Recruitment Manager and working as part of a small team, the role of Internal Recruiter will support with a wide range of roles around this national organisation, you will support with all roles from junior to senior, in all parts of this growing business.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the company.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job adverts.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, conducting initial interviews when necessary.
• Provide feedback to candidates and manage their expectations throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
• Continually review recruitment data and PSA KPIs and report this data to the Recruitment Manager
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar recruitment role.

This will also include experience of management of PSA/Agency relationships and providing reports on recruitment data/KPIs etc

Job Offer

Up to £35k pa

Car Allowance circa £5k pa

Interim role circa 6-9 months

Possible scope for permanent
