What's on offer:
- Competitive salary of £28,000 per year.
- Full-time, permanent position - working 8am-4pm.
- Conveniently located office, just a short walk from Overpool train station.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join their team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Posting job advertisements on various platforms and utilising social media to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the position.
- Coordinating and conducting interviews, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practises.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
